Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Chaozhou Ancient Town. Experience the grandeur of Zhenhai Tower, delve into the past at Xu Mansion Hall, and appreciate the stunning design of Jilue Huang Ancestral Hall.

Experience the Chaoshan flavors on a Walking Foodie Expedition through the celebrated Paifang Street. Delight in the taste of Spring Rolls, the aromatic Braised Goose, the distinctive Kueh Chee, and the invigorating Orange juice(individual purchases apply), before your relaxing return to your hotel.

Day 2Chaozhou | Tang-Song Aesthetics

Day 4 Shantou | Coastal Cultural Evolution

Experience spectacular panoramic views of the sea and coastline while journeying across the Nan’ao Bridge to Nan’ao Island.

Explore the Zongbingfu, a Ming and Qing military headquarters (now a museum) that highlights the island’s strategic coastal defense history.

Explore the ‘Gate of Nature‘ in Tropic of Cancer Square, the only Tropic of Cancer landmark tower on an island in China.

Head to Qing’ao Bay, the ‘Oriental Hawaii’ of the region. There, you’ll delight in walking along its sandy shores, gazing at the immense blue ocean and sky, and letting the cool sea breeze wash over you.

Admire Sancongya Lighthouse, Nan’ao Island’s picturesque landmark. Its distinctive red and white design offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views, perfect for photography.

Day 5 Jieyang | Chaoshan Traditional Village Cluster

Explore De’anli in Puning, a well-preserved walled village. Its sturdy walls, symmetrical brick houses, courtyards, halls, and fortified gates offer a glimpse into Hakka communal life, defensive architecture, and history in the Chaoshan region.

Experience the cultural richness of Jieyang Ancient Town by wandering through the vibrant Guandi Temple, the historic Jinxian Gate, and the well-preserved Jieyang Confucian Temple, while also admiring the spiritual Rongcheng Chenghuang Temple and the charming Ancient City Zhongshan Arcade Street, noted for its traditional shophouses.

Day 6 Meizhou | Walking Beneath Hakka Eaves

This morning, enjoy a relaxed, effortless transfer to Meizhou.

Explore the China Hakka Museum, the nation’s premier museum for Hakka culture and history. Its exhibitions, including the Meizhou Overseas Chinese Museum, offer deep insights into the Hakka people’s origins, development, and resilient culture.

Stroll along Lingfeng Road to admire its well-preserved Qilou (arcade-house) architecture. These distinctive buildings blend Chinese and Nanyang styles with covered walkways, embodying ‘Old Meizhou’ nostalgia.

Discover the Renhou Wengong Ancestral Hall, a sprawling 23,000-square-meter complex that stands as the largest and oldest Hakka ‘Weilong House.’ Once home to nearly 500 people, its traditional design is a living testament to Hakka culture, making it a must-see before heading back to your Jieyang Hotel.

Day 7 Jieyang Departure
