May 18 | Morning Practice of Baduanjin at That’s Mandarin

Last Saturday in Beijing and Shanghai, we hosted a brand new activity — the morning practice of the mind-body exercise of Baduanjin (八段锦 Bāduànjǐn).
Let’s take a look at the best moments!

Beijing

The Baduanjin practice in Beijing was held on a stunning rooftop (露台 lùtái), providing a fresh and exciting venue that added a unique vibe to the event.

Participants gathered in the open air, enjoying the tranquil atmosphere and the beautiful morning skyline of Beijing ☀️

Shanghai

The Baduanjin event in Shanghai was a great success, thanks to the beautiful weather that morning. The clear skies and warm sunlight made it the perfect day for this ancient Chinese exercise. And a huge thank you to everyone who joined us and embraced the spirit of Baduanjin with such enthusiasm.
